Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.02" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 63ºF, the sky was cloudy and winds were estimated to be 19-24 mph.

The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 30's, a high in the low 60's, and a 70% chance of rain in the morning and partly cloudy sky's in the afternoon.

The low today was 37ºF and the high was 70ºF. It was cloudy with light drizzle in the morning and partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Last year on the 19th the low was 33ºF, the high was 50ºF, and no precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.87" at Washburn. (A 1.76" report from Dayton appears bogus.) There were 335 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.97" at Victoria. There were 419 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.04" at Grapevine.
So far, 5297 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 2.80" at Jamul, California.

The most new snow reported was 29.5" at Spokane, Washington.
The most snow reported on the ground was 36.0" at Wrightwood, California. (A 60.0" at Brewster, Washington should probably have been 6.0".)
