Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.06" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 36ºF, the sky was cloudy with a light mist falling and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph with occasional stronger gusts.

The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 20's, a high in the low 40's, and mostly cloudy sky's, and a 70% chance of snow in the afternoon. No accumulation expected.

The low today was 30ºF and the high was 38ºF. There was rain through most of the day until late afternoon when it switched over to snow. I estimate 0.3" of snow fell that did not melt immediately. There was about 0.2" of snow on the ground when it ended around 7PM.

Last year on the 11th the low was 48ºF, the high was 62ºF, and 0.23" of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 5.64" at Jackson. There were 411 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 2.38" at Woodville. There were 500 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was a trace (less than 0.01") at 6 of the 8 stations reporting.
So far, 5715 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 6.15" at Decatur, Alabama.

The most new snow reported was 27.6" at Reed City, Michigan.
The most snow reported on the ground was 27.0" at Wellston, Minnesota.
