Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 20ºF, the sky was clear and winds were estimated to be 1-3 mph. There was frost.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 20's, a high in the mid 30's, and partly cloudy sky's.

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.15" at Harlingen. There were 272 reports from Texas.
There was no precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 4349 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 2.68" at Orange Beach, Alabama.

The most new snow reported was 14.1" at Beaver Island, Michigan.
The most snow reported on the ground was 49.5" at Stony River, Alaska.
